Give Me Gadgets – Return & Refund Policy

SECTION 1 – OVERVIEW

GiveMeGadgets specialises in delivering high-quality home electronics and emerging technology through a global fulfilment network. FULFILMENT NOTICE

GiveMeGadgets partners with multiple international fulfilment centres to maintain product availability. Depending on stock levels and product category, your order may be dispatched from a UK, EU, or international warehouse. Delivery times may vary based on supplier location.

SECTION 2 – RETURN ELIGIBILITY

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Items must be unopened, unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase. Change-of-mind returns are accepted only for sealed and unused items.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective or change-of-mind returns. Return shipping costs are covered only for items that are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS
GiveMeGadgets reserves the right to refuse service to customers who engage in excessive return activity that is inconsistent with normal consumer use.

SECTION 3 – HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To initiate a return, please email returns@givemegadgets.com Because we work with multiple warehouse partners, approval is required before sending any item back. Once your return request is approved, you will receive:

  • The correct warehouse return address

  • A Return Authorisation Number (RAN)

  • Packaging and shipping instructions

Items sent back without prior approval or without a valid RAN will not be accepted.

ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS FOR RETURN APPROVAL
GiveMeGadgets may decline return requests that show signs of misuse, intentional damage, or patterns of fraudulent activity.

SECTION 4 – DAMAGED, FAULTY, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include a clear description of the issue along with photo or video evidence. After reviewing the information provided, we may issue a free replacement or a refund, depending on stock availability and the nature of the issue.

SECTION 5 – NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • opened, used, or installed electronics

  • items without original packaging

  • items damaged through misuse or negligence

  • clearance or final-sale items

  • hygiene-sensitive tech products (such as earbuds or grooming gadgets) once opened

  • custom or personalised products

SECTION 6 – EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different item, you must request a return for the original product and place a new order once your return has been approved.

SECTION 7 – EU 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If your order is shipped within the EU, you may cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, sealed, and include all original packaging and documentation. Opened electronic products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

SECTION 8 – LATE OR LOST DELIVERIES

Refunds for items still in transit can only be issued if 30 days have passed since the date of dispatch. If tracking information shows that the parcel is still in transit within this period, refunds cannot be issued.

RETURN SHIPMENT TRACKING

Customers must use a tracked shipping service when returning items. GiveMeGadgets is not responsible for returns that are lost in transit without valid tracking information. We strongly recommend retaining your return tracking number until your refund has been fully processed.

PACKAGING AND TRANSIT DAMAGE

Returned items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Items that are damaged due to improper or insufficient packaging may be denied a refund, or a deduction may be applied to cover damage or repackaging costs.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
GiveMeGadgets is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels resulting from an address entered incorrectly or incompletely at checkout. Refunds cannot be issued for orders that fail to arrive due to incorrect customer-provided address details.

SECTION 9 – REFUND PROCESSING

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the processing of the refund.

Refunds apply to the product price only and do not include original shipping fees, unless required by law.
